Kann es sein, daß beim Tablet das gleiche Problem vorkommt, wie beim Smartphone, und auch jedesmal bei einer WLan-Verbindung eine Protokolldatei geschrieben und damit auch der Speicher vollgemüllt wird. Mein Tablet hat keine Telefonfunktion und damit auch keine Telefontastatur. Danke für die Antwort.

Drücke wenn das Tablet aus ist die ''Leiser'' Taste und gleichzeitig die ''Power'' Taste so kommst du in den Recovery-Modus und von dort aus kannst du clean cache ausswählen was die gleiche Wirkung wie *#9900# hat.
