Nested Scrollview kann nicht scrollen unter android 5.0

Hallo habe das Problem das bei meiner Expandable Toolbar meine Nestedscrollview nachdem die Toolbar geschlossen wurde nichtmehr weiterscrollen kann. Bei Android 5.0 und höher funktioniert es aber und sie scrollt weiter nachdem die Toolbar geschlossen ist. Weis jemand woran das liegen könnte?
