htc dialer isnt working

hallo there
i have htc one m7 and after updating it with new kitkat 4.4.2 software and after few days is shows now problem that htc dialer isnt working and it goes automatik off and again on, can anyone pls help me out what to do? i also had reboot it

i am there but sorry to say i didnt understand what to do bcoz my phone does the same shit with off and on game and it really sucks, i am working in office and i need it very badly coz of my mails so pls buddy help me out

I guess the best would be to make a factory reset. Check out this thread from Loie in our English forum, she explains how to do.

If it doesn't help you should better start a thread in this section.
