Samsung Galaxy Tab — Tab s6

i have a samsung s6 tablet purchased in the usa this year. He stopped charging (just the lightning screen, without turning on). When I press the power and volume button, it turns on normal, the home screen appears and already turns off again (you can see in the top corner that it's like an "empty" battery with lightning).
