"Allshare Cast: Error" - After Downgrade from 4.4 to 4.1

Hey there,
I am not able to Mirror Screen my Tablet on my TV any longer.

My problem:
I can´t Mirror Screen (Allshare Cast) anylonger.
I downgraded my device mainly because I wanted to be able again to watch HD Streams on my TV.
I tried everything, from resetting TV to installing Allshare Patch, even "Triangle away". Nothing worked.

My Data:
Device: Samsung Note 10.1 GT-N8010 (rooted and downgraded)
Kernel: 3.0.31-805288 , se.infra@SEP-40 #1 , SMP PREEMPT Wed Nov 20 16:24:52 KST 2013
Buildnumber: JZO54K.N8010XXUCMK2
Status: Official (without using Triangle Away)
TV: Samsung UE40F6470
Error: AllShare Cast Connection Fails after 5-10 Sek (I am able to screen via youtube app or other apps but AllShare Cast does not work anylonger)

I really want to be able again to stream Movies of TV-Shows via my Browser and Mirror Casting it on my TV.
Can some one please help me. I am realy frustrated!
