Custom Binary (System) Blocked byOEM lock

Question

Hab mein Note 10 Plus mit Smart Switch aktualliesiert, bei 77% Prozent kam fehlermeldung.
Seit dem Erkennt mein Laptop mein Note nicht mehr,hab treiber Aktualliesiert brungt nichts.

Auf dem Note steht jetzt "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the Emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software."

und in ROT ganz oben "Custom Binary (System) Blocked by OEM lock"

Ins Downloadmode komme ich nicht rein.

was kann ich machen? hatte das schon mal jemand?

über hilfe würde mich freuen
