Rooting Samsung Galaxy Note using a MAC

Hi all

I seriously need some help here before this beautiful phone drives me crazy. Im new to Android, just switched over from an iPhone... so I have the Samsung Galaxy Note and I'm using a Mac Book Pro. Ive already downloaded Heimdell as well as a few different Kernels (ZedoMax, Abyss and FM Note Kernel) but i just can't seem to figure it out.

Does anyone have good MAC instructions???
