Hier die neue MotoFroyoSense ROM von unserm guten Dexter ;)
Testbericht folgt ..

MotoSense, an adaption of the HTC 2.1 SenseUI from HTC Desire
Image is only compatible with this a milestone A853 , and cannot be installed on other variants of "Milestone" XT720/A854/A855 branded models (yet).

you brick your phone.. Image has been tested on a UK milestone and works fine if all files in ADB recovery image is used.
Ihr Benötigt :
- Euren Stein
- RSD Lite
- Je nach Branding full.sbf runterladen: DACH / O2 / Vodafone
Das Flash/Installiert ihr auf eurem Milestone in dem ihr euer Smartphone ausschaltet dann die Tastatur ausklappt und auf dem D-Pad nach oben drückt und den Power Button.
RSD Lite erkennt euren Stein und es geht los.ihr warter 100% erreicht sind schaltet eueren stein wieder aus und schiebt wieder eure Tastatur raus drückt wieder auf dem D-Pad nach oben und den Power Button. Jetzt steht da PASS / FERTIG.
Als nächstes Ladet ihr euch diese datei runter: ROOT.SBF
Das Flash/Installiert ihr auf eurem Milestone in dem ihr euer Smartphone ausschaltet dann die Tastatur ausklappt und auf dem D-Pad nach oben drückt udn den Power Button.

In dieser RaR datei ist eine eine datei mit dem Namen update.zip (diese Datei nicht öffnen oder verändern.) Die datei update.zip zieht ihr einfach auf die SD-Karte.
Der Ordner Openrecovery zieht ihr auch auf eurem handy.
Jetzt ladet ihr euch diese datei runter: HTC Senseui Mod for Milestone
Dann erstellt ihr auf eurer SD-Card einen ordner mit dem Namen: (nandroid)
Den Ordner Nandroid öffnet ihr und ertstellt dort einen Neuen ordner mit dem Namen: (adbrecovery)
Die ZIP Datei MotoSenseV05 öffnet und ihr zieht den Ordner (MotoSenseV05) in den Ordner Adbrecovery den ihr ebend erstellt habt.
Jetzt schaltet ihr euren Stein wieder aus und zieht die Tastatur wieder raus. Dann drückt ihr auf der tastatur die Taste " X " und haltet sie gedrückt. Die Taste für die Kamera auch gedrückt halten. Und schaltet so euren Stein wieder ein. Das haltet ihr so lange gedrückt bis das Motorola zeichen erscheint. Dann bekommt ihr auf eurem Stein ein Bild mit einem dreieck wo ein Ausrufungszeichen erscheint. Wenn das erscheint drückt ihr die Taste um die Musik lauter zumachen und dann die Kamera Taste.
Jetzt seit ihr im recovery Menü.
Ihr macht jetzt ein Wipe/Formation. geht dazu mit dem D-Pad auf den punkt Wipe.
ihr geht jetzt mit dem D-Pad auf dem Menü Punkt: apply sdcard:update.zip und drückt die Enter taste.
Es dauert eine zeit und es öffnet sich das Menü von TimeTurn von android-hilfe.
Sollte es fertig geladen haben. Geht ihr auf den Menü Punkt: Menü Backup und drückt die enter taste.
Dann bewegt ihr euch auf den Punkt: Nandroid restore und drückt enter.
Jetzt müsste da stehen: ( MotoSenseV05 ) geht drauf und drückt enter. wenn das fertig geladen ist geht ihr so weit zurück bis ihr wieder im hauptmenü seit.
Wenn ihr dort angekommen seit geht ihr auf den punkt : ( Menü Wipe ) Klickt drauf.

Currently require you to install a 2.36 stock rom, before you install this one.
Radio Band Requirements for different countries
Some countries require the original 3G files of your current ROM to work ie.
Canada, Brazil, Venezuela, Germany and some others countries uses a different band for 3G. If u dont backup the 4 original 3G Files and restore it over this nandroid once installed u gonna have poor signal, sms problems and HSDPA loss (even if u set apn and get conection its gonna be crappy one).
Files should be in the /system/etc/motorola/bp_nvm_default/ of your phone.
This can be done using OpenRecovery and a adb shell.
You might check this thread , if a update-nosign.zip file exists for your model. which makes it easier for you to install.

- Changed Motorola VideoCamera & VideoRecorder to work with HTC framework for optimal use of Moto Camera.
Changed Moto Gallery for proper playback of your recordings.
- SDCard is now always "on", so you will notice status is "0 bytes" when you connect to pc. No conflict with wifi anymore.
- Apps2SD support, EXT2 supported.

Reason for not fixing it is that Motorola Milestone simply do not have enough memory for HTC SenseUI to run stable with only 256MB.
the launcher is very memory hungry for all its plugins and graphics.. so sorry, no fix, unless you add 256MB more memory to your phone.
